Science

Grade Levels: 6–9 or 9–12

Our science curriculum prepares residency license science teachers for middle or high school science classrooms. Modules begin with foundational units focused on the learner and learning, and later units focus on subject-specific pedagogy.

Learning objectives align to InTASC standards and Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), and engage candidates in instructional practice, lesson planning, and assessment. Additionally, an edTPA module helps prepare candidates for this assessment.
