Mathematics

Grade Levels: 6–9 or 9–12

Our mathematics curriculum — aligned to InTASC standards and National Council of Teachers of Mathematics standards — prepares residency license math teachers for middle and high school math classrooms.

Modules begin with foundational units focused on the learner and learning, and later modules engage our candidates in Math pedagogy, practice, lesson planning, and assessment. Additionally, an edTPA module helps prepare candidates for this assessment.
